Cancellation Policy Timeline

 

Up until Tuesday at 6:00pm

 

You are able to cancel with no conditions.

 

Up until Thursday at 6:00pm

 

Cancellation includes pot refund.  Green fee refund is subject to course refund policy.

 

Within 24-hours prior

 

You are committed to paying the pot fees and green fees. 

 

No call. No show.

 

"Pay the day you play" feature is forfeit. Future tournament fees will be due upon registration. You are committed to paying the pot fees and green fees.

 

Extenuating circumstances - including inclement weather - are not a reason to not inform Tournament Management that you will not be showing.  Failure to inform Tournament Management will be considered a no call, no show.
